cabin. These prices include
cruise fare, port charges, taxes,
meals, round trip bus transportation
from Gainesville, pre-cruise party,
on-board cocktail party and a $100
per cabin on board credit. Rates do
not include gratuities, airfare, transfers
or optional cancellation insurance.
Failure to appear for embarkation
for any reason constitutes a cancellation
subject to full penalties.
Important:
Everyone cruising will be required to
bring a valid passport . Failure to
do so will be denied boarding of the
cruise line. In addition, names listed
should match passport. Children under
the age of 16 do not require a picture

of booking, of which $50 is non-refundable.

For those that decline the trip cancellation
insurance, the following cancellation
penalties apply:

for passage: Wide Travel and their
owners, agents, or employees accept
no responsibility whatsoever for illness,
accident, death, dismemberment, weather,
strikes, Acts of God, terrorist acts
of the accessibility, appearance,
action or decision of those individuals
promoted for this cruise. Nor can
the entities mentioned above be held
responsible for the actions of Carnival
Cruise Lines, participating bus lines,
nor shore side personnel or subcontractors.
Trip deposit indicates that passengers
have full understanding and acceptance
of these terms and conditions for
passage for each individual included
