The effective date of the
new Food Service Rules and Regulations is February 15,
2006. Establishments permitted
after February 15, 2006 will have 90 days to obtain certification
for a food service manager.
Enforcement of all other requirements begins on November
15, 2006. The new Rules

Health Department will be offering ServSafe classes on
April 5th and 6th, 2006 (2-day attendance). Please call
